Returns and refunds

For any request, contact MURÉA at contact.murea@proton.me and include your order number.

Change of mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your poster to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. If an order contains several items delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

You can use the form below or send any statement clearly expressing your decision by email or post. Prior approval from MURÉA is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You must return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs when you change your mind.

Pack your poster to protect it during transport. We recommend keeping proof of shipment. Do not return an item directly to the supplier without specific instructions from MURÉA.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we refund the amounts due, including any initial standard delivery charge, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees.

You may be liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming item

Contact us to arrange assistance. Photos of the product and packaging can help us process your request without being a condition of your statutory rights. MURÉA covers the costs required to bring the product into conformity, including return shipping. This policy does not limit applicable statutory guarantees.
